It’s Thanksgiving so we want to take a moment to thank you for all you have done. Thank you for continuing to let us know about what’s important to you. Thank you for sharing our services with those who have a need.
Most of all, thank you for continuing to provide guidance and feedback so we continually improve.
Over the past months many of you have shared ideas about the kinds of things you’d like to see from us to help you save on monthly expenses, get healthier and generally make life better.
As a whole person health company, we take inspiration from your suggestions, and this year we created new money saving, health saving, time saving and peace of mind saving services. We are building a new kind of safety net to give you more freedom to live the life you want.
You told us you didn’t want to always have to drive to the doctor’s office and pay for a visit just to get a health question answered by an experienced health care professional. So we created Text-A-Doc as a way to get answers from a nurse and doctor by text.
You told us prescriptions were too expensive and time consuming to shop for so we created #rx so you could text to get the lowest price every time you got one filled.
Text-A-Lawyer came from your comments about challenges with landlords and filling out forms.
Gas prices were another big concern so we created #gas so you could text anytime to find the lowest gas prices near you.
We are grateful for everything you have given us – we wouldn’t be here without you. We look forward to hearing more from you on what you need so we can bring you better offerings that will make a positive difference in your life.
